OUR POLICY:

  • Soho Social returns within 15 days of your order fulfillment for store credit only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact or the return will be subject to denial.
  • To begin a return, email contact@sohosocial.com with your order number, the style(s) you would like to return, and the reason for return. This truly helps us to do better for you in the future.
  • We will issue a return label to the email address on the order. You have 5 days from the day the label is received to send back the items to our warehouse before the label becomes void.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return to process. We will then issue a merchandise credit to the email on file. This credit will be for the cost of your order minus all shipping charges for both order and return.
  • Defective Items:
  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us at, contact@sohosocial.com, within 2 DAYS of delivery to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within two days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. Please note we only provide reimbursement via Soho Social merchandise credit on damages. If we have the items you purchased in stock, we can send the replacement instead of the merchandise credit. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This does not qualify as a defect.
  • Lost Orders:
  • Soho Social is not responsible for delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping as well as any lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please reach out directly to UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support to file a claim with the carrier listed on your tracking information.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to contact@sohosocial.com within 48 hours of receiving with your order # for assistance.
