SOHO SOCIAL RETURN POLICY:
  • Soho Social returns within 15 days of your order fulfillment (date order is shipped) for store credit only.
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which you received: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact or the return will be subject to denial.
  • To begin a return, email contact@sohosocial.com with your order number, the style(s) you would like to return, and the reason for return. This truly helps us to do better for you in the future.
  • We will issue a return label to the email address on the order. You have 5 days from the day the label is received to send back the items to our warehouse before the label becomes void.
  • A merchandise credit will be issued to the email on file. This credit will be for the cost of your order minus all shipping charges for both order and return.
  • We do not currently have a system intact for exchanges as our inventory changes over frequently and availability in limited. If you need a different size, please go through the return process to repurchase the new size needed if available.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to contact@sohosocial.com within 48 hours of receiving with your order # for assistance.
